    Hello Paul,

    Hello Paul,

I’d like to inform you that the only feature installed in the URL you shared with our support team is the Address Bar Tracking feature. Hence, this is not something we’re related to in any way.

I’d suggest you remove the existing sharing buttons and install GetSocial’s Horizontal Bar Sharing App and let us know if your problem is fixed.

    All the best,
    John

I shared the site url and told you that the share buttons were at the bottom of the posts.

I’ve sent you another email with a post url in it as you couldn’t seem to find a post when given the site url.

My customer reports that since adding your plugin the site has lost 90% of its traffic and your share buttons are causing 2400 302 redirect errors as far as google is concerned.

    Please look at the problem.

    Hello Paul,

Thanks for reaching out again. Let me walk through the post you send me and explain the situation. Hopefully you’ll be in a calmer mood when you read this email.

Looking at a post, I can see two social sharing features. The first one is floating at the right corner of the page, as the following image suggests:

Looking at its code, I can see that the plugin is from “<!– Starting Icon Display Code For Social Media Icon From Acurax International http://www.acurax.com —>”

So, plugin #1 – not ours.

Now, looking at plugin #2, at the bottom of each post, like the image suggests:

Let’s make the same exercise, inspect the code:

As you see, this plugin is from the ShareDaddy team. So, plugin #2 – not ours.

I’d like to offer our help in order to erase those annoying 2400 erros you’re getting and install GetSocial as quickly as we can.

    Always here to help,
    John
