    is there a way to override the template of spr_widgets.php in the theme folder?

    i trie to create a folder name theme\simple-rating\spr_widgets.php

    but this didnt work

    also i would like to have the featured image and the rating showing in the widget

    is there any way to do this?

    The only way to achieve what you desire is to modify widget in spr_widgets.php.
    I have plans to add ability to add thumbnails to widget in next version but I have no estimated time on arrival of next version since I’m bit busy with other thing.
