Author info not updating.

    Hello there, at first I’d like to thank you for this plugin.

    I have a little issue, I need to update the author info description.
    I went to the dashboard>Users>username> and updated the info.

    the updated social links do show in the author box, However the updated description does not show.
    It is very important that this is fixed as it shows a wrong domain name.

    if you go to mydomain.com/author/myname/ it shows the updated description.
    However in the author box itself it does not update.

    Any tips how to fix this?

    Congratulations for choosing this plugin and thanks a lot for using it. With regards to your concern, please make sure you’ve flushed any cache if you are using caching plugin. Thanks!

    Hello phpbits and thank you for responding.

    At the point where I wrote this question I did not even use any cache on the website.

    I think that my problem is mainly a problem within wordpress itself as:

    If I edit Dashboard>users>specific profile
    The information gets updated in http://mydomain.com/authors/username

    But not in the author box. I tried creating a new username and also no updates.
    (This counts for both the author box lite as in wordpress’s own author box.)

    So for the time being I sadly had to disable all types of author box until I find a fix for this 🙁
