Can't access setup

    Actually, it appears worse than that. Various pages in the admin, including the index page, cannot be reached either. Is the plugin caching back end pages?

    If anybody else has this problem, I discovered it was a Firefox problem, in about:config I had to set network.cookie.thirdparty.sessionOnly to true.
