Just installed but cannot make it work properly

I just installed th Plugin and buyed the Notification Add Ons.

I have few problems understanding and setting it.

1. When I activte the plug in my webpage change aspect from fullwidth as I want it (see how it is in this image: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11054273/Customer%20Area%20Deactivated.png) to ones with white columns on both sides and without margins when the CA plugin is activated (see it here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11054273/Customer%20Area%20Activated.png)
Do you know why this happen and if I can correct it?

2. I tried to set the plugin and now I do not have any issue in the settings but I cannot visualize the pages i created (automatically from the Site Pages) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11054273/Sites%20pages.png
Do you ever face this kind of problem?

in my site I’m using WooCommerce plugin for the ecommerce and with the notification add-on I wanted to personalize the email automatically sent to customers.
