    Hi,

    Have you tried using the plugin with one of the default WordPress themes? This looks like a compatiblity issue with your theme.

    Hi,

    ni I didn’t… I’m afraid doing that as the last time I tried I’ve lost big part of my settings and has to do them again.

    I’ll install my web locally and do this trial there…

    One question: If it’s a compatibility problem I cannot use it could I? I mean it’s not possible to solve it isn’t it?

    If that is a compatibility issue with the theme, you could try to contact the theme authors to know if they can do something about it. Usually the fix is quite easy.

    In any case, you are right, try to make all your tests on a development/local site.
