Spinning wheel of death

    Good morning, Dev Team —

    I installed the new update this morning and tried doing an export and I still just get the spinning wheel and text that says “Done creating an empty archive”. I pasted the error log below so hopefully that helps.

    Thanks for the great plugin, we use this a lot and I understand mistakes happen. Can’t wait to use it again.

    Hello kevinmoser37,

    Thank you so much for reporting this.
    It looks like there might be one of these two issues happening.
    You either don’t have enough disk space or permissions are not setup properly.
    My first choice is that there isn’t enough disk space so could you first verify that by checking in with your hosting provider and then we can explore the other option.
