I just put WP Accessibility on a new WP 4.1.1 site. On Settings > WP Accessibility toward the top of each of the first three settings meta boxes is the following notice with WP_Debug on:

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given in \path\to\site\wp-content\plugins\wp-accessibility\wp-accessibility.php on line 1647

Thanks – I’ll check that out and get it fixed.

Are you using a theme that doesn’t have any tags? Based on the error location, that’s my guess, but I just wanted to verify.

Good call. It wasn’t quite clean as I had dropped in my functionality plugin that was removing tags. When I added them back, loaded the admin, and then took them out again, that made the error go away.

This would appear to be just insanely edge-case then.

Cool. Easy to compensate for; although I probably won’t make a special release just for this bug. 🙂
