The plugin was working, but now it is not. Comes up blank.

    I fixed it. What I did to fix the issue is went to edit a page and regenerated a new shortcode. My guess is our client had updated the plugin and the plugin developers had changed the shortcode a bit. The shortcode was a little different the second time I generated it, so my guess is that the new shortcode has crucial required data in it.
