    Hello WP Better Email support,

I have looked at your documentation and could not find anything related to my question so I wanted to raise it here.

I am looking for a list of usable fields that can be incorporated in the email.

Currently, I am only familiar with:

    %date%
    %time%
    %blog_name%
    %blog_description%

Are there other fields that can be used such as %username% or %user_name%, %firstname%, %lastname% etc…?

This is to generate more personalised emails.

Also, I am very interested in the Google Maps short code. Is there a way to pre-populate the location based on %latitude%, %longitude% fields?

    Cheers,
    Henry

    Hi,

No, because these fields are not always available. So your a message such “Dear %firstname%,” could turn into “Dear ,” when an email is sent to an unregistered user. If I add this kind of fields, I have to find a way to provide a fallback value.

I’m not certain to understand what you want to mean but I can tell for sure that it isn’t possible. Sorry, we’re talking emails here.
