Shouldn't I disable PHP execution in Uploads folder

    Some plugins write writable code there, but in general it’s safe. I would do it.

    Why is this a multisite specific question?

    I regarded this as multisite too because of the blogs.dir folder.

    I implemented it on my multisite and the sites seem to work normal.
