• I updated this plug in and it caused my site to crash, completely.
I sent a ticket into Woothemes as I’m a paying customer but it is SLOW.
The first ticket I submitted I received a confirmation email but when i went back there was no record of the ticket ever being received in my users area.
I think the update may be a disaster

  • Your site looks and works great here. Did you clear your browser cache? What browser are you using?

Ah, now suffering a redirect loop when using Chrome but unable to replicate this error in Safari.

Looks like you are using SuperStore version 1.1.8 with WooCommerce 2.3.7, but the SuperStore changelog:
    http://dzv365zjfbd8v.cloudfront.net/changelogs/superstore/changelog.txt
tells us you need version 1.2.0 or better for WooCommerce 2.3.x, so consider updating. Take a backup first.

    Thanks Lorro,
I updated the theme and still no good in chrome. I even disabled the theme and tried to use 2014 and 2015 themes and they both parsed a message “This theme does not support woocommerce”
Have you seen this before. I’ve searched to no avail

“This theme does not support WooCommerce” means there may be appearance errors and mostly these can be addressed with some style sheet changes, however the site should function well because WooCommerce files are not affected by theme files. So, when you switch to 2014 do you get the redirect loop? If it works fine in 2014 and not in SuperStore that is pointing towards a SuperStore problem.

The other test you should do is, using SuperStore, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. Does the site work now? If so reactivate plugins one by one to try to find out which one is causing the conflict. I think the plugin test should be carried out before the theme switch test.
