Hi Justin,
How are you generating the single announcement template? Are you using the standard template that comes with the plugin, or have you added a file to your theme to customize it a little further?
Evan
Standard stuff. Off-topic, but something is causing the opacity to be set to zero and not fade in? Any ideas? Temporarily, it’s set to opacity:1, so I can at least see it, but I’d like the fade in effect.

Also, any way to only excerpt the headlines? Some are too long to look any good in this setup, even if I lower the font-size.
Hi,
Sounds like you have a javascript error on your page. Timeline is set to 0 opacity on initial page load to prevent the user from seeing a wierd layout before masonry kicks in.
If you’re using the standard single.php template, you can copy the template file over to your theme and remove the back link from the template file altogether.
After taking a look, it looks like your still on a staging site and the ajax file is trying to send requests to a file on another server which is causing the js errors:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://www.bluetriangletech.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://staging2.bluetriangletech.com’ is therefore not allowed access.
take a look at the developer console for further info. Fix up the js errors and the fade in should work without any issues.
Thanks,
Evan
