    Hey buddy,

    Is it possible to add any customer details to the email that’s sent when a PayPal Pro Error Notification email is generated? It’d be great to get some customer details in tot he body of that email so we could follow up and see what the problem is… email and name would be grand.

    Is there a way to do that do you know??

    Right now we don’t have anything built into the plugin to do that, no. That’s a great suggestion, though, and I’ve added it to our GitHub issues list to be included on a future update.

    Until then, if you’re familiar with extending WordPress plugins, you could get it done using a child class that extends ours.

    Also, in many cases, the order will be saved in WooCommerce as a pending order, so you could see there what customer details were available and follow up that way, but we’ll definitely provide some quick reference detail in these emails.
