The submission tab is not loading

Submissions tab wont load my for submissions and also isn’t sending the emails to the user and to me that it is supposed to send. I’ve deactivated, deleted and re-installed the plugin but it appears to have not helped.

But strangely , it worked fine on Twenty fourteen theme , I figured out here is a catch while using the other theme.
