Remove the Big Fat W

Good Morning / Afternoon,

While attempting to Use Word Press, I continuously get this big FAT W listed within the Image Link section of all my posts. If I do not add an image, this Big FAT W will automatically get posted rather than a blank spot. Also, if no image is added, the big fat W is applied to the facebook profile image of the post I have linked with my Blog.

I can live with having an image for each one of my blog posts – that is not an issue. However, I was notified that when someone had liked and shared my post… THE BIG FAT W was used instead of the image.

Without going into details about what the blog is about, I just know a professional company will like and share this blog.

Could someone please help explain to me how I may remove this Big Fat W for the rest of eternity? I have literally been at war with this W on google and cannot get an answer.. so I have turned to you wonderful people for assistance.

I would be more than happy to provide screenshots of this; however, I cannot figure out how to include the image in this post.
