    Hi George

Seems no-one else has this, so perhaps I’m missing something, but on my home page, I explicitly set the title to: “Internet Marketing Professionals : Because Amateurs Don’t Get Paid”

However, the metadata created is just the page title: “Home”.

    Am using version 2.7.1

(Also have a problem with the image, but will raise the separately.)

    Thanks

    Alex

Site: http://internetprofessionalsblog.com – but it may be different because I’m still experimenting!

    Hi,

With Add-Meta-Tags it is possible to customize the content of the title element of the content pages by setting a custom title in the relevant box in the Metadata section in the post editing screen.

Also, it is possible to customize the title of the front/latest-posts page using the same method, but only if static pages are used as the front/latest-posts pages.

It is not possible to customize the title element of the default latest-posts page of WordPress, but this can be done by changing the blog title in the settings.

    Hope this helps,

    George
