Homepage is no where to be found

    Hello!

    The Homepage has disappeared from Pages and it’s nowhere to be found, not even in the Trash.

    What.To.Do?

    The websites Homepage has not been affected at all when looking at the website.. Can’t seem to found out a solution to this. Is there any way to get it back?

    I’ve read lots of articles of people who have had the same problem, but they have always removed it by accident, and therefore later on found the page in the Trash and have been able to restore it.

    Would appreciate some help!

    Does your server keep backups of the database?

    Yes, i have a MySQL Database Backup and i’ve downloaded it. Not sure though if this Database backup contains several backups or just one. What i need is a backup of the Database from how it was like for lets say 5 hours ago. How do i continue from here?

    If you are not comfortable overwriting the database, I would recommend you to ask your host provider to overwrite the database using the backup.
