• I have been looking for a plugin that is similar to this for quite some time now. This is nearly exactly what I need, however there are some features missing that are preventing me from implementing it on my site. In order of importance what is the possibility that any of these features could be implemented.

    1) Instructor Gradebook navigation using arrow keys (instead of clicking on individual cells, this would be a massive time saver for entering grades)
    2) Assigning and restricting instructors to specific classes so that they can only enter assignments and grades for that specific class.
    3) Bulk addition of students (to specific classes using something along the lines of a list of IDs
    4) Point based grading scale (instead of percentage) and custom grading scales per class.

I wish I had the technical skill to contribute to the development of this up and coming plugin. I really hope to be able to utilize it in the future.

    Hi jturet,

Thank you for the positive feedback. I’m working on porting the current code to be AMD compliant. This will make it easier to maintain and add features to the plugin.

I like your suggestions, in particular item 1. I don’t know when I’ll be able to implement any new features, but I’ll add these to the list of suggested features. I hope I’ll be able to integrate them, at least item one, soon.

    Regards,

Thanks for the prompt response, keep up the fantastic work! Another important feature I meant to add was a ‘copy to all’ option that would set a grade for all individuals in an assignment column. Otherwise I love the minimalistic design.
