My customer has informed me that he doesn’t have access to a product that I offered free to members of a particular membership product using this plugin. I am not sure if it matters but I also did a manual purchase for the initial product. Please help!

Could you send me an email to support[at]ironbounddesigns.com with login credentials for your site, and your customer’s username? Unfortunately, I won’t be able to tell what is going on without that information.
