I have just installed the Dailymotion plugin to WordPress, and whilst configuring, I entered my new API and “Secret” info, as requested in the plugin’s configuration page. I expected some kind of an electronic “handshake” and that all would be well. Instead, what I got on the `URL =

I have the Yoast SEO Plug In as well which customises the htaccess file and rewrites URL’s. Kind of like an exception to the htaccess rules?

Any help in figuring this out to cure the problem would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

The best you can do is to contact with your hosting support. they can check the server logs where information about how the server is blocking that URL will be found.
