Great Value for Money, Excellent Support

    I have two Pro accounts for 2 business sites I maintain. The rich snippet works fine for both, never had an issue. In fact, star rating started to appear in google searches after 2 days only for one of the sites which is amazing. As for the support, they are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend investing in the pro version for all types of business sites.

    Hi @nasad76, I’m really sorry to hear that you had bad experience with our pro version. I would love to learn what was not working smoothly so we can improve it and get better. Regarding the support, we are tracking our tickets response time, which is currently less than 16 hours during week days for all of our users (including not paid).

    I also want to suggest a refund due to the bad experience you had. Let me know.

    All issues had been resolved in a promptly fashion. I am completely satisfied and there is really no need for refund. I appreciate the offer though.
