Feed timeout time

Hello, how am i able to change the timeout time for the autopost i have a master feed list with over 100 feeds merged into one in side yahoo pipes however it takes 11 seconds for the yahoo pipes page to load is there a way to change the timeout time so that the feeds can be posted?
