    Hi,

I am trying to style my store locator, since everything is out of line and the alignment of the search, radius, and button is off (the button is higher than the others). The css files of the plugin are un-editable because apparently they are ‘inactive’.

    Any ideas?

Can you make sure that there are no html tags wrapped around the [wpsl] shortcode in the page editor? You should switch to ‘text’ in the editor to make sure. If there are html tags wrapped around the shortcode, you should remove them.

If that isn’t the problem, can you share the url?

    Hi,

I checked and there arent any html wrappings. The wpsl can be seen here: http://shopemilime.com/find-a-store/

    Thanks!

I noticed in the html source that you minified and combined all the css files. Can you try to exclude the css from the store locator?

I disabled the page and the css file in the plugin from being minified by W3…but no changes..

    Any more ideas? http://shopemilime.com/find-a-store/

    Thanks for your help!!

Have you made any customizations to any of the plugin files? There is for example an ‘
‘ tag in the html for the store locator, which shouldn’t be there.

If possible, can you maybe zip the files from your active theme and send it to info at tijmensmit.com? Then I can see if I can figure out where the problem comes from on my local server.

Can you also quickly try to switch back to a default wp theme and see if the issue is still there? If it is, then it’s a plugin causing the problem. If not, then it’s 100% sure an issue with the theme files.
