Having installed the plugin on a test site, set everything up and had it all working, we migrated the whole site and databases across to the new site, but it appears not to be working.. any suggestions?

Starting to despair as I thought we were ready to launch this week, but it’s by location pricing that we were relying on for the launch!

The database seems not to have any obvious entries for the app?

Any help with this would be awesome as we were meant to launch this week but had to push launch back until this is fixed to keep content relevant for our two audiences…

You might be best to try and re-import the sql data once again. There’s an SQL file that ships with the plugin – use something like PHPmyadmin to import it.

When you say it’s not working, what exactly isn’t working that you’ve seen. What behaviour isn’t working as you expect?

    Thanks,
    Paul.

I have since posting reimported the SQL file from there – not sure why it didn’t import with the other database data?

Seem to be back on track – thanks for the help, One issue I am still having relates to the code for Canada where one of my staff lives?

Could you advise please as the code from the standard list is not working?

On another note can we use UK as well as GB for United Kingdom?

You can only use GB for the united Kingdom.

When you say the standard code for Canada isn’t working, what is being detected?

    Cheers,
    Paul.
