In wp_Wsi_Queue table send_at data are also not storing! Storing NULL !!!!

Any chance to get admin login details to check what’s going on in the background?
1- Facebook share method work like that in the free version of the plugin. It posts to your wall

Ok it seems that wp cron is not working fine for you.
At top of debug you will see WSI Server Cron url, try going to that url just once to see if the queue is fired and messages start coming out.
If it works you need to create a cpanel cron job as indicate in there

You need to set up a server cron job as explained in here http://wp.timersys.com/wordpress-social-invitations/docs/cron-jobs/ that will do it for you.
The plugin by default uses WordPress cron job system that runs every 3 minutes once you have a new visit in your site. Sometimes the wordpress cronjob fails due to another plugins conflict or many other reason, so you can always use server cron job which is 100% effective.
