    WordPress 4.1.1

    I received an e-mail:

    New user registration on your site Nannycraft4u:

    Username: Dianna88Hme

    E-mail: timuv86q@outlook.com

    I checked the dashboard and deleted from my user panel, but then worried that it happened and I don’t know how. Please help as I have no clue what to do to check anything! Thanks 🙂
