    ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

    – are they blocked?
    – are they enabled?

    no, it works for other wordpress websites on same and other server

    I have the same problem, I’ve just installed a new wp installation, and I can’t even login for the first time, ironic.

    some of my other websites have installed the plugin managewp, and I can login with their website but I can’t install it in a new wp installation.
