Vtiger 6.2

I get “Alert: Old plugin is still active, deactivate and delete it now.”
But old extension is deleted

What shall I put exactly in :

Vtiger Url : http://mysite.com ? mysite.com ? http://mysite.com/ ?
Vtiger Username : ?
Tiger Access Key ?

in Username I putted my Vtiger log name and in Acces Key , my pass
It says that are not good.

Hi,

Kindly input the Vtiger instance admin user name in Vtiger Username : field.
In VTiger Access Key: field you must input the admin user access key. Kindly check the following screenshot for where to get the access key in your vtiger instance. Screenshot
