Using only vertivcal floating

I would like to use only the Vertical placement of the buttons. I haven’t figured out how to do this. I’ve looked at settings and see how to remove vertical and where to place the others, but not removes them comepletely from above or below. HELP! Ready to go live with the exception of this problem.

I have nothing checked on adding the to the bottom but they always show in addition to the vertical
