Unsupported format error message and no access

My client recently hired me and gave me access to the WP admin panel. I updated to WP 4.1.1 and a bunch of WP plugins were also updated. Your plugin shows that it has NOT been tested with 4.1.1, but is only “compatible” up to 4.0.1. The client cannot use their class schedule now, and they want me to “fix this”. This is a very BIG deal. Please respond to moneytech@veracitynetworks.net ASAP.
