Can Popup Maker create the popup in a new Tab?

    One of the popular online poker sites opens their popup in a new tab in the browser. I have to admit I like this a lot and was wondering if Popup Maker can do this?

    Related to this, can the popup load its contents from a URL? In other words, could I have the tab simply load a URL from another site? This would allow me to display frequently-changing ads from my advertiser’s site.
