Post via e-mail time is 13 hours off

I love the ability to post to my blog via email, but every time I do it, the post shows up 13 hours in the future. I checked my time settings on the sending email address and the receiving email address (and tested from multiple addresses), and the problem remains. It’s always 13 hours into the future (i.e., I send the email at noon on the 30th, and it gets posted immediately as 1am on the 31st).

Anyone else having a similar problem? I’m baffled, and it’s a huge problem for me, because when I post normally, it shows up as the correct time – which means if I post via email, and then post normally, the post via emails shows up as if it was posted most recently.

I’d love to just figure out how to go into the wp-mail.php and subtract 13 hours from the post date.
