WP leads doesn't capture all field from my ninja form

I am using ninja forms and have fields for name, email, zip code, and message. However, only the name and email address fields are being captured into WPLeads (all fields are recorded properly in the ninjaforms submission). How can I map these additional fields to WPLeads – I see that WPLeads already has a Zip Code and Notes field that I would like my data to show up in.
