Envira Gallery Lite Photo Upload Issues

    Hello,
    I am trying to upload photos to Envira Gallery Lite as I have in the past, except now when I upload photos a red line appears around where the image thumbnail should be in the image uploader, and the image does not appear. When I use “Inspect Element” using Google Chrome it says under Console: Consider using ‘dppx’ units, as in CSS ‘dpi’ means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual ‘dpi’ of a screen. In media query expression: print, not all, (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.25), (min-resolution: 120dpi)
    How do I fix this? I am certain I am using high resolution images.

    Hi,

    Please try to upload an image through WordPress Administration > Media Library > Add New, and see if you get the same issue.

    The messages in Google Chrome are warnings / advisories – if there are any errors (in red), please advise as to what they are so we can assist further.

    Hi Tim,
    I think I’m experiencing something similiar.

    I created a page then I try to create a gallery via the Envira box below the text editor. When I upload an image (both via drag and drop and by clicking on “Select images button”) I get an orange square with no thumbnail on it.

    I disabled all my other plugins, I disable then re-anbled Envira plugin, I cleared my cache… don’t know what to do.

    Can you help me out please?

    Hi Matteo,

    My previous message stands. This isn’t an issue I can reproduce (happy to share working screenshots of your exact steps if required), so we’d need some really specific steps to be able to get the error to happen on our installations.

    Once we can do that, we can assist with a solution.
