I’m running multisite and I’ve installed the plugin on the network using the Super Administrator account.

I’ve tried activating the plugin on one site and across all sites using Network Activate.

I’ve tried accessing the plugin via the Network Admin dashboard and via the site dashboard.

I’ve tried using the Super Administrator account and my own Editor account.

In none of these scenarios can I see the Configuration option available under the Social Metrics menu item.

I’ve guessed that the URL might be /wp-admin/admin.php?page=social-metrics-configuration and I get a permission denied error when trying to access that URL using either account.

    Any suggestions? Many thanks!

    Hello,

The URL to the settings page is:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=social-metrics-tracker-settings

The specific WP role / permission level that the plugin looks for to grant access to the config page is “manage_options

There is no config page in the network admin area, only on each individual site dashboard (the plugin will work fine with multisite, you just have to configure each site individually). The link on the left is under the menu item “Social Metrics” and is called “Configuration”

Hope this info is helpful, let me know if you still aren’t able to access the settings area.
