Failure to Connect: Error key: [InvalidConfig]

    HI,

    Ive connected this plugin to infusionsoft a few times, and while I’m not an expert, I know what I’m doing.

    But for some reason the integration isn’t working and I’m getting this:

    Failure to connect:
    Error key: [InvalidConfig]
    Error message: Invalid Configuration: for help setting up your API, please contact Support ( ext. 2)
    Attempted: 1 time(s).

    Any ideas? Conflicting plugins?

    I keep getting the same error as above and I have connected this plugin multiple times to multiple sites.

    Failure to connect:

    Error key: [InvalidConfig]
    Error message: Invalid Configuration: for help setting up your API, please contact Support ( ext. 2)
    Attempted: 1 time(s).

    If I click “Save Settings” again, it will say everything is connected ok, but it still doesn’t show any fields or tags when I try to create an infusionsoft form feed, so I go back into settings and click save settings again and the same error comes up. I have tried retyping and checking the API key multiple times. Any ideas what the problem could be??

    Did you guys ever figure this out? I’m getting this now – also have used it successfully on a lot of sites, not sure what causes this?
