Problem viewing folders and subfolders on the site

I have two problems on the site showing the library:

1) When changing between main folders, the name of the 1st folder sticks to other folders when opened and viewed.

2) When in the main folder, the page goes all the way to the top every time I open a sub folder:( -So every time I click on folders and subfolders I need to scoll Down the page to show the content…

Can anyone please help me?
