Missing from Admin

Tablepress is gone from admin menu.
I’m not running any member plugins or things that would change permissions.

You can see tables are working here:

And I can edit fine, and go to admin area fine if i follow the page url for hte edit screen.

But the tablepress menu item is not showing in admin area.

Any ideas?
