Previous/Next Links Match Page setup

Is it possible to set up the Previous/Next Links for pages on my websites to match how I have my pages setup?

What I am meaning is a setup like this

Page 1 through 8 are the main pages to individual sections on my site. I would like on their pages for a Previous Section/Next Section. Then for the child pages for the Previous/Next Pages to only go through what was parented to the individual sections. So when reaching the final page of a section, there is no next page, and vice versa for the beginning.
