Conditional setting causing garbage characters in output

I have created two fields. The first field, Sex, is a radio button with two options “Male or Female”. The second field has a conditional on it that shows the field if the value of the first field is “Male”.

The logic seems to work, but if the second field is displayed there are garbage characters surrounding the field. I’ve noticed this in other areas also. This screenshot shows what I’m seeing: http://www.screencast.com/t/GQGL097g6
