How to move the homepage to a new url

    You will have to configure a new page to become the “Static Home page.”
    If you don’t have a new page created that will be the landing page, go ahead and create that now. Once that is created, go to Settings — Reading and change the static homepage from “Homepage” to the new page you just created.

    Thanks for your fast responce.

    If i follow your instructions above, will the new landing page be on at http://www.domainname.com and the static page i have as the home page now be on a new url??
