I’ve received many reports that Woo commerce translations don’t show up. Future development may fix whatever the problem is, but for now you’ll have to assume that Loco Translate is not compatible with this particular plugin.
To your second question: To make your work update safe (whatever plugin you use for translation) you should save translations in the global languages directory at wp-content/languages/plugins.
OUCH, A BIG SORRY! My earlier post below is not actual from now, it started working again! What a miracle! 😀 I have just removed everything from everywhere, now I can see it like content/themes/hotec/languages and there is my language…

I have the same problem with theme translation.
I had Loco translate plugin earlier for Hotec theme, it was great!
But…something went wrong with Hotec and support forum of the theme recommended me to reinstall the theme, so I did. And this was the starter of my problem. Before reinstalling, Loco plugin worked, I was very satisfied. But now it does not want to work. I have tried do uninstall plugin and install it again, but nohting has changed. I made translations again, I can see them in translation’s management, but the site is not responding for these changes. What am I doing wrong? Where is the problem?
