Main Slider Frame Wont Update With News

Hi! does anyone happen to know how I can alter the tag posts on the main slider frame, they seem to be slow in updating, I am using AquaMag Theme, someone did suggest clearing the cache, but where on the dashboard do I clear cache ? any help would be much appreciated !
