I cannot reproduce this at all.

Are you sure a 404 was produced? As my plugin does not send back 404 errors.

Hi Pascal, I get it nearly every time, sometimes I can try twice and the log will finally display. I can look at the log using server admin so I know it’s there.

I suspect it’s a server timeout as it just sits there for quite some time before the error message pops up. Any idea what I could look at that would slow things down so much?

    Thanks, MTN

    Can you create a screenshot?

I am a bit puzzled by this as I see no reason why this would happen. And unfortunately cannot reproduce this. Not with a large database and not with a small database 🙁

Thanks Pascal, I’m puzzled as well. Worked yesterday after a few seconds. I’m thinking it’s just because my server is overloaded and if I happen to catch a sweet spot with less load it’ll work. That said, this is the only plugin I’m having any trouble with and the site does function with a bunch of traffic, so I’m stumped. I’d prefer to stay anonymized here in public but could send you a screenshot in private. MTN

Hi Pascal, at this time the problem appears to have fixed itself. My server gets less load this time of year, so perhaps it’s just a load issue…

My website is way above average in terms of traffic and server load.

    Thanks, MTN
