It means that you have just one blog or – if you already created a second blog in your network – that these blogs have the same language (which is easy to change in Settings > General) or different users (just add one of these users to the other blog and set him as “Reference user”.

I am not fallowing you. Do I understan correctly that one blog = one web. Do I have to build up a second web? Or how I can build second blog?

Seems that I figured out. Now I have needed flag’s on correct places. But now I have to disain english site same way as I have done first site. Seems that it’s working now. I have to figure out end see how I can kanage noe all blogs in different language.
