theme installation

hi. I am trying to install WP cardamon (http://themeforest.net/item/cardamon-wp-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/2515342) theme that I have purchased recently on the latest wordpress..
When I upload the zip file, it does not accept it and says:

Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again

I repeated the process several times and it does not work..
