demo data – how do I get my site to look like yours

Hi there,
Love the theme. Do you have a demo data file so that i can get my site to look like yours? How do I get the the two column look on the front page with the round badges? I don’t’ want to copy your stuff, but what I have looks lame and I want it to look more like how it was intended.
