ditty news ticker plugin issue

Hi

I went to make a change to the text in my ditty news ticker and then i deleted the old ticker by mistake. I added a new one and then added the new code into the header function.

Now i have tried to add a new news ticker and i cannot click on ticker mode. When i do i keep getting this alert

Could someone please help me to fix the plugin issue with this?
