http://www.diannerishikof.com (but you can’t ‘see’ that I have lost my stats and subscribers on the site, only on my dashboard

Hi there! This kind of thing can happen if you connected Jetpack to WordPress.com while your site had a development or temporary URL and not the URL it has now. If you happened to disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack, Jetpack thinks that it is a new site and thus the stats and subscribers associated with the site are not associated with the right URL.

The good news is, we can get this straightened out! It looks like your site was originally connected as http://www.diannerishikof.com/home/. However, the URL is currently diannerishikof.com. I’ve merged the stats and subscribers from the old site with those from your new site. Can you please review, and let me know if they now look correct to you?

    Thanks!

When I go to my site, the stats at the bottom of the dashboard, still show only the past couple of weeks. And when I click on ‘jetpack’ ‘stats’ I get NOTHING. A blank white screen. So I can’t check on my subscribers. What could be causing this?
    Thanks

Thanks for the additional information! We’ll be releasing a minor update to Jetpack shortly. When that is released, could you please update to 3.4.1 and then see if the issue persists?

Please let me know how that works!

What am I to do in the meantime? I can’t access jetpack info. It is unnerving. I can’t check on my subscribers (to see if they are there) or my stats. Can you confirm how many subscribers I have?

Sorry for trouble! Can you try logging into WordPress.com, and viewing your stats here?:

The stats are there, but no subscribers. Just a few ‘wordpress’ followers. None of the usually old or new subscribers

Thanks for checking! On your stats page under Followers, can you click the “WordPress.com Followers” dropdown? Then, select “Email Followers.” Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Are those the missing subscribers?

    (@diannerishikof)

Yes, you are right. They are there.
    So that’s great, thanks.
But what about the fact that if I click on jetpack stats I get a blank screen.
But in meantime the site is working right? I can send out posts and everyone will get them? Stats are being tracked on wordpress.com?

We just released an update to Jetpack earlier today. Can you please try to update to 3.4.1? Then, see if the issue persists.

Let me know how that works for you, and we can go from there!

Ok, I updated and the problem persists!

    (@ryancowles)

Thanks again for the update, and for your patience. Could you please create a temporary account for me on your site? Then you can send us the login credentials here:

Please include a link to this thread in your message. Once I receive the credentials, I can login to troubleshoot things a bit further, and you can delete the account when I am finished.

Let me know how this sounds to you!

I clicked on the link a in message 13 and put in my info. Is that private? I did this last night (thursday night). So hopefully it got through a day ago.
    Thanks, Dianne
