s2 single select with multiple forms

Wondering if there is an easy way (shortcode, plugin, etc) to change the nested shortcode form from a drop down to a single select? I’ve been toying around with some custom js here:

but I’m not entirely sure it’s working the way we want it yet.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
